Dear friends and users of the OTDT,

Now that Eclipse 3.2 has been released, also the migration of the
OTDT to Eclipse 3.2 is coming to a close:
The OTDT 0.9.x is becoming more and more stable and its quality
is in fact better than the 0.8.x stream.
Thanks mainly to Karsten Meier for the migration!

I just put the version 0.9.10 on the web (the full binary download
still points to 0.9.9 since my office computer just crashed during
remotely building ..), but updating from 0.9.9 to 0.9.10 seems to work
just fine.
Anybody working with a 0.9.x version with x<9 please make sure
you have an Eclipse 3.2 final as your basis (most easily by once
downloading the full binary OTDT).

Announcing the 0.9.10 release to this list is a first step to publicity.
The next, great announcement to full publicity should happen towards
the end of this month. Until then please contribute wonderful bug
reports and fixes ;-)

>From ECOOP'07 and more specifically the "Eclipse Technology Exchange"
I can assure you, that our tool is being received with growing
interest, especially since we are able to build Eclipse plugins
with ObjectTeams/Java. (In fact, four little plugins in the OTDT
are already written in OT/J, and the whole OTDT has been built
using the OTDT ;-)

thanks again to all contributors
and please go, try the new release ;-)
Stephan

PS: I've started a simple build-notes file
(http://www.objectteams.org/distrib/otdt_buildnotes.html)
The links on this page are dummy, and in the future I would
like to have real links with minimal typing effort in the
html source. Who is our CSS, javascript or XSL hero who can
provide a tiny little hack for this?
