[otj-users] new: qualified tsuper

Hi,

The language definition was lacking support to select among different
tsuper versions of a method. I have added a corresponding paragraph
to the language definition (1.5(f)), which is implemented in the CVS-version 
of the compiler.
I assume this feature will be needed in rare cases only, but for the sake
of completeness I considered it desirable.
If you are interested in nested teams and their implications on inheritance,
please read and comment the new paragraph (I just uploaded the changed 
OTJLD to the web).
