[otj-users] Announcing the 0.8.16 release of the OTDT

Hi,

Once again it's release-time. The OTDT 0.8.16 has been put on the web.
This maintenance release mainly fixes bugs of different kinds. E.g., the
jacks test suite has been down to only 8 failures (the reason for going 
up to 12 again being newly added test cases for even trickier situations).

Here is a brief list of fields where compiler and OTRE have been improved:
+ improved typing for roles-of-roles
+ improved handling of private role methods
+ improved handling of callin bindings involving static methods
+ initial support for casting to array of externalized role-type
+ implement new OTJLD rules 
    1.5(f) qualified tsuper
    2.4.2(c) super in ctor of bound role, 
    4.8(e) callin overriding vs. precedence

Changes in other parts of the OTDT include:
+ debugging: 
	* breakpoints can be set by double click as expected
   	* start of filtering generated code while stepping
+ refactoring:
	* optimizations
	* renaming for role types (except for role files)
+ preferences:
	* general preference page for Object Teams started
